How do I return an item?

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
If you would like to make a return please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

RETURN POLICY:

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. We cannot accept returns on electrical items and used parts. Videos and software cannot be returned for a refund once opened. Items damaged by shipping company/postal service upon receipt will not qualify for return unless the insurance option was taken at time of purchase.
