A night watchman is killed during a warehouse robbery, and though the police know it is the work of gang leader Alex Hendricks (Ed Nelson) and his henchmen, there is not enough evidence to arrest or convict them. The murdered man's son, Frank Simmons (John Brinkley), decides to take matters into his own hands, and working undercover for the police, infiltrates the Hendricks mob. A tip-off from Frank results in the arrest of the gang, but Hendricks and his #2 man Raymond (Tony Miller) manage to avoid capture. Frank's cover is blown, and while the manhunt continues for the fugitives, Hendricks plots to kill Frank and double-cross Raymond.
