The San Bernardino, California, Route 66 Rendezvous began in 1990 when 400 vehicles gathered to celebrate America's Highway, Route 66. The show now encompasses 35 blocks of cruisin', 500,000 spectators, and 2,448 classic cars and hot rods. Events include a Neon Light Cruise, the Firestone Burnout and Flame Throwing Contest, an Open Headers Contest, as well as an on-going downtown Cruise and Show & Shine.
